4. Your Mobile Experience Is Poor

Most local searches happen on phones. If your site is hard to navigate, has tiny text, or requires pinching to read, visitors leave. Ensure buttons are tappable, text is readable without zooming, and your phone number is clickable.

5. Missing Trust Signals

Visitors need to trust you before they contact you. Display reviews, testimonials, certifications, guarantees, or real project examples prominently. If a visitor cannot quickly see that you are credible, they will choose a competitor who shows proof.

6. Confusing Navigation
